"A little more than a month ago I ordered 5 hurricane lanterns from Bestocked.com. It was my first time buying anything from them. They arrived in a timely manner. They are exactly what I wanted. One of them had a defect. I contacted customer service about replacing or returning it. They told me that they would send me a new one at no charge but they were out of stock and had to back order it. I received the replacement today. The lanterns are good quality and I am happy with them. More than that, I am happy with Bestocked.com. I now know that I can buy from them with confidence. They were professional and courteous. They also stand behind the products they sell. I am certain that I will be buying from them again. I would give the lanterns 5 stars. I would give Bestocked more than 5 if I could."
