"My stungun never worked passed the first charge. I have been trying for over 6 months for a refund. I have reported them to BBB where they promised to refund but didn’t. I am now going to take them to court. I’m a senior citizen and I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of. Horrible experience. "

"Bought a stun baton and within 30 days the slide that turns it on popped off and I couldn't find it anywhere. There's no 800# to contact them. When I contacted them through the contact form on their site, I got an email telling me to call some company called "The Cutting Edge." I've no clue who they are. I called and some guy who sounded drunk told me he'd look for the part and if he couldn't find it, I'd have to return the baton for a new one. He said he'd call back once he looked for the part. He didn't. I tried contacting beststungun.com again and again, they referred me to the same company. They also said I could file a warranty claim and sent me a link to do so...except the link didn't work. In short, they have over $80 of my money and I have a useless stun baton."

"I googled Stun Guns; tried a couple of addresses with no success, then JOE answered when I called Beststungun.com. After speaking with Joe, I placed the order thinking at anytime there would be poor service and no reply. Then I received the email from Joe confirming my order and 3 days later I had my stun guns.
