"I made online purchase of theater tickets which were to be sent by email to print at home. I didn't receive so contacted Best Tickets and found out order needed to be mailed. They set up FedEx shipment but never dispatched it. It took weeks of calls and emails to Best Tickets to get shipment finally released. Luckily I had placed order early. Best Tickets apologized but it was unfortunate that I was always checking status and they were not proactive."
