"I love how they pack everything with extra care and when it arrives it is not broken. Compared to a high end department store. I ordered some Radko ornaments and they were barely had any packaging material in the box. When I open the package I found my ornaments broken. I was very disappointed with this department store and very bad customer service when I called numerous times try to return them and get replacement ornaments.

"I just ordered a product for Christmas and during the checkout process it did not show me anything about my total of the package..including shipping, which by itself was $27.50. AFTER I had already paid then I received a conformation email with the entire total coming to $47.50. If I had known that shipping was going to be almost $30 I would have never bought the item. I had to chose 3 day shipping because I only receive mail through a PO Box and the website indicated that their UPS carrier does not ship to PO boxes, so I had to change my mailing plan entirely."
