"It had been over 7 business days since I placed my order so I had to contact customer service via e-mail to get a status update, since no one answers the phone. The representative told me that it would be another 3-5 business days before my order date would be shipped. Also, the hours listed on the Contact Us page are false. I called during their listed hours and the automated message said they were closed. I call the customer service line and after you wait for 2 minutes it disconnects you. Horrible customer service. WIll not do business again. "
