"I ordered a replacement pair of frames in an emergency on a Sunday afternoon, my dog had chewed the earpieces up - but had not made it to the lenses. I ordered the exact same frames, hoping to have them within a couple of weeks at worst, and then swap out the lenses from the old frames to the new. I placed my order September 16, 2018. It is now October 10, 2018 and I have yet to receive my frames. The only explanation I received was that the frames were backordered or out of stock and had to be brought in from a warehouse in Italy. Ok - Seemed legit. However, I have been charged the full amount for a pair of frames that I do NOT have possession of nor have any confirmation that they have shipped. AND to complicate matters worse, I have sold my home since making this purchase and have moved to a new address, only now I am unable to change my shipping information on my order because it is in "processing" where it has been for weeks now. I will certainly provide a better review if I were to receive I product that I have paid for, until then, this will stand as my review. "
