I placed my order on 01/04/2019, two weeks after not hearing anything I called and the customer representative stated that the glasses were on back order, she place me on hold and claimed to have called the vendor. When she returned she stated that they would be shipped out within the week. That was 2 weeks ago. Today is 01/30/2019 and still no news as to where the glasses are. Unable to reach anyone and cannot cancel my request. There are so many complaints against this company. I wish I had read the reviews and checked with the BBB prior to making this purchase."
