Poor product and no support

"Ordered off road model 1 year a ago and used a couple times without issues. battery stopped takaign a charge after 1 month. Multiple attempts to contact supplier to get a new charger, no luck. Ordered one online and still did not correct the charging problem. I have tried to get a ahold of them for a warranty claim and all emails are bogus. They use photo shopped images of the product in central park, come on."

Extremely dissatisfied!! Horrible company!!

"Only gave one star because I couldn't choose to give none. Horrible company. Not trustworthy. Save yourself the trouble and order from another site. Where do I start? After I placed my order I did not recieve an order confirmation. I hit submit and it took me back to the home page. After emailing the company to ask for an order confirmation number I got the same broken English email from the same person in 2 separate departments. Neither of which, answered my question or gave me a confirmation number. Only said Christmas is the busy season and to give it a few days. I emailed them back several days later and got the same email. Again, several days later, on December 5th I wrote another email. This time I received a tracking number but it was not yet registered with fedex. The email said my shippment was due to go out in a few days and then it takes 9 days to receive it. After a week I tried the fedex number and it still was not a real shippment number. So I emailed them back. Got a different tracking number. Satisfied with this I waited a week and then checked the number. After I realized this shippment was going to New Mexico and I lived in OHIO I emailed them back and tried calling. Not a single phone number on their website works. After days of no response I opened a PayPal despuit. I explained I was very unhappy and wanted to cancel my order and get my $600 back they took out of my account without shipping my order. Only then did I actually get a REAL tracking number for MY order that they JUST CREATED after reading the message and they asked me to close the despuit. They said I could have $20 back for my inconvenience and because the hoverboards would not arrive until AFTER CHRISTMAS ON DECEMBER 28TH! I explained to my kids on Christmas that their gifts wouldn't be here for a few days which I never should have had to do. It was awful. The orders did come on 12-28 but one stopped working after 3 hours. The users manual (which betterscooter calls the use's manual) is horrid English translation and was no help AT ALL. The only part that discussed if the hoverboard stops working was the part where it said if the hoverboard got a fever or started to smell to stop using it?!?! I emailed them back on my PayPal despuit to ask for help and to send them back. I let them know I was extremely disappointed with this company and their products and they wanted me to send them a video of the problem! Not wanting to deal with them any longer we looked up the problem on YouTube. It needed recalibrated. They work fine but I'll NEVER order from them again."
