However, with the upgrades to the dealership it is very difficult for someone disabled to have to locate the building after asking 2 workers who had no idea , navigate up the stairs, wait for assistance and then go back out. "Due to reconstruction of the dealership and relocating to office trailers the property is congested, but well marked and has an employee to direct you to where you need to go.
On arrival at the temporary parts desk, Mr Medina promptly greeted me, looked up my order and went to retrieve my parts at another location on the property. The order was correct and complete.
I ran a full service Amoco gas station for years and a corporate limousine service for 25 and have patronized many parts dealers, some good and some bad.
Mr Medina was friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to use this dealership parts dept. in the future.
