"I bought 4 power banks in the middle if November for Christmas presents for all 4 of my family members. I got them in a timely manner then my husband and I had to go out of town unexpectedly, I opened each of ours and it was a big clunky piece of plastic. I went ahead a charged it overnight then tested it on our phones. Neither worked!! I emailed them for a refund and was told that after 2 weeks they don't offer anything. THE PRODUCT THEY SENT WAS TRASH and yet I'm stuck with it. Thankfully my bank is doing a charge back for their crappy charges. BUYER BEWARE!!!"

I tried live chat and no one responds. I tried emailing them also using the email provided on the site (****@****) but it returns as undelivered. These people really need to be investigated!"
