"I bought a pair of Tripp pants a size too big....the first pair had rusted metal all over the chains and buttons and the fabric felt brittle like it would tear easily. I sent this pair back simply because it was too big. The second pair of pants I received and they fit....but get this....the metal was all rusted out and the material was old like they had been in a warehouse for 10 years +.....I wore the pants for the first time. Not only did the pockets in back tear a little bit so did the whole left **** cheek....the pants ripped from my waist down to past the left pocket of them......I thought it was my luck.....so I took them home n fixed them by sewing them up....then tonight the second time I wear them after washing once the button almost ripped off and my pants tore again....this time in front.....from almost my waist band down to my knee.....right against my left side of my zipper.....it didn't go unnoticed. The pants I received had to have been sitting in a warehouse for 10+ years because the material is old and rips easily and the buttons and chains we're all rusted out.....I paid almost $90 on a pair of pants I wore twice.....and am royally **** off about it......bewild.com you better get your act together and sell **** that is worth more than what you gave me.....stop ripping people off......I am angry about this and will NEVER shop with you again!!!!!"

"I placed an order for a family member. I recived a confirmation email that stated i would be sent a shipping tracking number in 24 to 48 hours. How ever the email never camei waited for a month now and nothing. Ive emailed them and no responce. Worst of all The money was taken from my account."
"I purchased a cigarette case in August 2014 as a gift. To my embarrassment, the catch broke within two days. I contacted Bewild and they told me to return it for an exchange. I sent it back and have never heard from them again. I have emailed them numerous time for over a year and they never respond. I have called and get a response of "we will look into it." So I've paid for the original item plus shipping, plus the cost to ship it back and I have no merchandise. In essence, they have stolen $30 from me total. As far as I'm concerned, they are pawning off crappy merchandise to unsuspecting consumers and they should be shut down. If anyone else stole from me I could go to the police. But there's really no recourse for this kind of thievery except to write a bad review. Don't make the same mistake!"
"Ordered two shirts from them and both were incredibly low quality. The sizing was way off. Customer service was no help and quite rude.
I returned the items and received a partial refund. So after there outdated policy of 10% restocking, no shipping refund plus my return shipping expenses I ended up get a few dollars back for the purchase.

"I purchased a shirt from BeWild.com and when it arrived it was extremely undersized for me. I ordered XXL and while the shirt was marked XXL it was more like a Small. I sent an email to the company immediately and had a response back within the hour. They offered me any shirt my choice at no cost to me. I picked out a replacement style and emailed them with my choice. By the time I finished eating breakfast I had a response stating it would be shipped out the very next day. I am in a business that MY Customer service is extremely important and I have to say BeWild.com has been absolutely Great to deal with. I will purchase from them again. "
"I ordered an item on Thursday evening. Friday morning they called and said they no longer had the item and asked if I would like anything in it's place. I said no. Saturday morning I notice it showed up as a payment on my bank statement. I sent an email and they said nothing had been charged to my account. So I guess I'm a liar. "Never buy from this company! I ordered 4 items and had to return 3. One item was a hoodie that had a print picture on the front. When I received it, some of the print had been placed over the pocket, which caused the lettering to crack. This caused the hoodie to look crappy. I feared that if I washed it, the lettering would begin to peal off. When I pointed this out to Bewild, they said they didnt consider that a damaged product and thats how all of the hoodies were made. I have ordered hoodies from other companies and every company will tell you that placement of the print is important. It should never go over the pockets. Bewild doesnt care how their products look or if the customer is satisfied. Though I was able to return the product after paying for shipping fees and a restocking fee, I was told products are inspected by three people before items are shipped. So, if you receive a damaged item, your stuck with it. They will not accept it back, because the damage didnt come from their end. Bewild does not want repeat customers. They are looking to make a quick buck on cheap merchandise. Dont fall for the scam!! They dont even deserve one star."
"Very upset! I placed an order on 12/19 and paid the 31.99 to have it within 2 business days. Well I waited until 12/24 and called them and the employee said "oh my manager called and left you a message that the item was out of stock". Um no no one called me to tell me that. He procceeded to tell me the item would be shipped on 12/29 when it was back in stock and that he would refund the shipping that I paid because of not getting it. Ok that was fine I was willing to wait even though I wanted it as a gift for my husband for christmas. So I waited until January 6th because I still had no item and I emailed them. All I got back was "This has been transferred to our shipping department". So I wait til yesterday and emailed again wanting to know what was going on. And now today 1/10/15 I get an email stating that I am receiving a full refund with no explaination of why they were not going to full fill my order. If I wanted a refund I would have asked for one but I did not ask for a refund I asked for my product I ordered. This was the first and last I will ever shop on their website!"
