"My first and last order with Beyond skin. I purchased pair of boots last winter. I though I made a good choice as they present themselves as “sustainable” brand. I wore my shoes for one winter and they start to fall apart already. I wrote to the company customer help service. They reply that there is nothing they can do as it is already a year since the purchase and that I should bring my shoes to local shoe maker to fix them. I was shocked! How can they be sustainable when they make products which last for one season?! Horrible how arrogant they behave to their customers. I dont recommend at all not worth the money! If you care about the planet and have some conscience, please reconsider your attitude towards the customers and the Planet. "
"I went in because I was looking for $3 a unit of dysport. I had a 100 dollar voucher to use. I mistakenly said I only HAD 140 units on top of the 33 I would get! I meant I only HAD an extra 140 dollars! So you think the doctor would have caught that because I was nervous when I said I had a hundred forty units extra! He should have known I meant dollars because I didn't have units so he says why don't we just do a hundred units so I thought I'd done the math totally wrong so I said sure So when I left I owed them $200 which I had to figure out to pay them on two different cards partly partly my mistake. But then to make matters worse 10 days later I got such a droopy eye I could not even see it held my eyelid down actually it was only a few days later because I called them and they said that the doctor couldn't see me till 2 weeks had gone by and I think I had to wait 10 more days without being able to see out of my one eye! Never heard back from them never got a call from the doctor and see how I was doing nothing and I know that is part of what you sign off for that that could happen but when it impairs your site that's pretty bad. So I went to my ophthalmologist who couldn't I left it because he doesn't do injections but gave me some eye drops that would help he hoped! Needless to say I've reported them to their medical director never heard back again from anybody! I had gone to this doctor before when he had his own practice in New Albany and I didn't like him then and when I saw him walk in the room I knew I didn't like him now and I really don't like it now besides the fact that they acted stupid when I said I had an extra 140 units he knew I meant dollars and then no phone call with an eye that I couldn't even see out of! If anything I would like to have a doctor at least cares to call to see how their patient is doing when there is a problem!!"
"I have ordered from this company a few times without any issue. But I have a gut feeling that the product may not be real as it does not work as It used to. I have used Nu Derm clear for years with great results and now it's not working. I have heard they had changed the ingredients but I'd rather be sure that what I'm buying is real then having a good price. I'd rather have something that works."
"I bought Obagi Nu-Derm Clear Fx #3 and Obagi Nu-Derm Sunfader #6 from Byondskin.com. The products were shipped to me very promptly. However, I noticed that there were no expiration date on the product. I called Byondskin and was told the product should be good two year from once it's open -- this is no very reassuring. The rep told me if you I wanted know the manufacturing date and expiration date I should call Obagi and gave them the lot number on the tube. So, I did but Obagi didn't find any info with the number printed on the product. The Obagi rep said any product they make have an expiration date and a lot number on it. The Beyondskin rep told me that they are an authorized Obagi reseller but Obagi customer service rep can't tell me that for certain. However, the Obagi rep did tell me that it may be a third-party reseller and that they don't have any authorized internet retailer as of today, as far as he knows. Their products are only available through authorized retailer - medical professionals listed on their website. Even though I'm getting a big price break on the Obagi products from Byondskin.com but if the products are not real then there's no deal. I'm concern about the product I just purchased from them."
