"Our old hot tub cover had multiple tears in seams and would get so heavy from the water it captured that my wife couldn't lift it. I had to put it on end to drain the water out because of the bad design. When I first started looking for a cover I thought I would have to buy the entire 50 pound assembly but once I started looking at BeyondNice I realized they knew how to make a custom cover that would fit over my existing setup as long as I measured correctly. So I started the process of using their great ordering tool and it walked me through the process of what to measure and where to measure as well as how to describe my current cover. I wanted it to be perfect so I sent a note to their customer service describing what I thought was the correct dimensions and asked them if they could double-check my work - it is a good thing I did that.

John in customer service responded and immediately found a discrepancy and asked if I would send some pictures of my current hot tub cover. He corrected some of my measurements and made recommendations on what features I should request to handle stress points we put on the cover as we raise and lower it with our hot but cover support that we use.

The website warned us that the cover could take 8 weeks to arrive but it arrived in less than 4 weeks. My wife and I immediately tore off the the old cover that ripped apart easily and wiped down the styrofoam inside. Then we slid the styrofoam into new cover being careful to install the rounded edges first and it fit perfectly and looks beautiful. All aspects of this cover make it look and perform even better than the original when it was new. The design is better too as it is made to fully shed any rain water and if a trickle gets through from my teenage grandkids not putting the cover on correctly, or at all, when they are done using the hot tub, the webbing on the inside allows the water a place to escape.

"I was a little nervous about getting the measurements right for our new spa cover. The directions and videos on their website on how to do the measurements are very good, but I called someone at Beyond Nice just to make sure I was doing it right and they were so helpful making sure I was doing it correctly.
I got the measurements with the help of my wife and ordered in mid-October, a little concerned that our old water logged cover would be impossible to deal with when we started to get freezing temperatures where we live in western New York. But just two weeks after ordering, Beyond Nice informed me our new cover was on its way.
Since our cover was coming all the way from Florida to New York we chose to have it shipped by freight to save money but it was still here within just six days. The freight company which Beyond Nice used was also very professional and great with their communication, letting us know precisely when they would arrive so that one of us could be here to receive the cover and make sure there were no issues.

"The quality is beyond terrible. On second day cover bends /sink down 5 inch in the middle of spa. After rain - water gathering 8 inch deep and it coming inside spa.
