"I purchased one of their covers about 3 years ago with the Cayman Brown textured surface for our Hot Tub at your Mountain Vacation home and we loved it so much. We decided to upgrade the Hot Tub to a new 8x8 tub and the new cover that came with the tub was so boring we decided to order another Cayman Brown cover for the new hot tub. Both covers came faster than I expected and Customer Service exceeded my expectations. These covers are well made and have withstood all that mother nature and even guests with rowdy kids and pets have thrown at them. If I need another cover in the future, I know where I will get it.

"Cover was exactly as ordered using the website and following the questions. After ordering I made a change to the corners with customer service prior to fabrication without an issue. Cover is solid and light weight for its size making it perfect for those of us with shoulder issues. Payment was easy and with no hidden fees wasn't expecting. Shipping was my big concern and it was a hassle free. I was kept updated on shipping and was called to make arrangements. Cover arrived on time and without shipping damage. Overall it was the purchasing experience you always hope for but never seem to receive. I'm really happy that I placed the order with them and recommend and order again from them in the future."

"The product is inferior by far to the original manufactured cover. The foam is not one solid piece but instead is multiple pieces per side. This makes the cover less sturdy regardless of what they say. The vinyl cover does not completely encase the foam. The underside is mesh so the vapor barrier plastic is exposed to the heat and water only a few inches away. The cover cannot be used with a stand or cover remove that attaches to the side because there is nothing to screw into besides foam.
None of these points are addressed on the website. When I contacted customer service I was advised I had "approved" the order. After that they never responded to my emails or phone calls again.
Spend the extra money for an original cover. This product is nearly useless."
"This is my second cover and both have fit perfectly and looked great. Only company I'll use. But, I have a tip for you guys. I used the parcel delivery and highly recommend it (sort of). The video that showed how to install it was, like a lot of DYI videos, not realistic. He just slides each piece in, zips it up and he's done. Mine was as tight as you could imagine. He must have left a piece out. Anyway, I finally found a note, not in instructions with cover or on video but on the down loaded instructions. Turn end of zippered area inside out. This should be demonstrated on video and in BOLD letters on every instruction. I was about to give up when I found it, turned inside out and was done in 10 minutes. Can't believe you aren't aware of that. But, great cover, the guy that took my order, Jeff?, was great. "

"We found your company in 2014 and ordered a hot tub cover...it all went well! When we needed a new one in January, I found the paperwork and called the phone number on the order. I called SOMEONE ACTUALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE! He looked up the previous order number AND FOUND IT! From there it was just a matter of reviewing everything with the salesman and it was done!
We received updates during the process and everything was ordered on time and in good condition!

"After extensive pictures and discussions and so many last minute changes made by the sales team breaking up the order because the cover was so large it was easier for them to process it that way, when my cover arrived it was for 2 separate spas with 8 corners instead of for only large spa with a continuous cover. Worse when I unpacked it, from the intact packaging it was damaged. All the company did was say that I got what I wanted. When it is not at all what I wanted not what I drew in my pictures and not what I discussed with the experts from beyond nice. While the company advertises to provide covers for PDC spas they obviously could not handle a cover for a swim/spa. So sad that they wouldn’t engage in a conversation other than telling me via email if I didn’t like it I could order a new one. "

"I have an old hot tub, 28+ years old, and decided to purchase a new cover. My old cover was made by Beyond Nice and I could not have chosen a better company to deal with. After measuring and submitting the dimensions, Beyond Nice placed it in the queue to be made to my submitted specs. Unfortunately while waiting for the cover to be constructed I had a 5 Hp. motor bearing go out. I live in a small town and all the spa dealer will only serve their spas, so i took the old spa apart. The motor company informed me that the motor is no longer made and couldn't promise me that a substitute would work. By now, the spa had been down for over two weeks. I informed Beyond Nice about my situation and Sandy G could not have been nicer. She was sorry, not because I needed to cancel my order, but because I was now out of a spa. Customer service and empathy...I didn't know they still existed! The next day, Beyond Nice had refunded all the money into the credit card it initially was placed. So much for a ten day two week turn around. Go to them, use them, they are the gold standard."
