"We were happy to find Beyond Nice to make the replacement skin for out hot tub. The heavy duty plastic insert in our hot tub cover was still in a good shape. It would be a shame to put it in the garbage only because the plastic skin was broken. The new replacement skin we received looks great. It fits our hot tub cover perfectly. The quality looks good too. It took less that two weeks to make it. They were also willing to ship it to USVI.

"I went direct to the manufacturer and was so glad I did. I worked with Sandy who returned my phone calls and Emails immediately. She was polite and patient. She worked through some details that would have cost me more and gave me an upgrade on the spa cover to help with the costs. Sandy also researched 6 shipping companies to find the best price. The workmanship is beautiful and the specifications I sent were very precise. The cover is light weight but very well built and keeps the heat and steam inside the spa. We chose the color brown and it looks and fits like an elegant glove. Sandy and thought we might have to wait 12 weeks but it came in 5. Worth waiting for. Our old spa cover was very heavy and smelled like a frog pond. The new cover smells like an expensive new car. Go direct to the manufacturer, it is worth it!"

The online order template was very easy to use and it prompted you to verify all measurements and specifications before hitting send.. It is a very quality cover for a very reasonable price. "I finally spent the time to repair my spa after it was down with leaks for a few years. My current spa cover, after 22 years in the sun, was dry rotted, and featured an ant colony and other insect refuge. Yielding the power of an internet search engine, I in short order came to understand the spa cover market and competing features between the vendors. With several web browser tabs opened, I systematically bounced between each vendors offerings, while selecting/de-selecting particular features and comparing cost changes. Beyond Nice's offerings consistently came in as best-value for the various options I was looking at. Most of the vendors advertised effectively the same "base prices" for the entry level models, but most had significant cost creep on features such as vapor barriers and other quality upgrades. The thing that finally drove my decision was Beyond Nice offered a design with a thick top that was not beveled, noting it was intended for spas that were not going to experience snow load. That model feature was unique to Beyond Nice compared to the online market offerings I was looking at, and gave me the thickest cover for its price that clearly beat the competition prices. My spa model was in their database, so I had a solid second-check of my measured dimensions when ordering. The company followed up in writing (real mail - who does that anymore?) thanking me for my purchase, and explaining the process and coordination necessary to create and ship my cover. My first delivery date slipped due to a hurricane, but the shipping company quickly reached out and worked a new shipping date. The cover arrived undamaged, and was surprisingly light compared to my current insect sanctuary. It fit great, its easy to remove and replace, and the Navy blue color is now the "beautiful icing" on my spa. Only time will tell how well it wears over the years, but I'd expect the modern UV protected vinyl to do just as well as the old one it replaced.
