"BUYER BEWARE! I spent $100 on OPI gel polish sold by Beyond Polish. I have used gel polish for years and this polish did not work correctly at all. The polish I received from Beyond Polish had no product seals. I contacted the manufacturer directly and OPI told me all their gel polish comes with product seals. I believe Beyond Polish sells counterfeit product. They gave me the runaround for months. They finally agreed to refund my money in full after I mailed back all the polish at my own expense, which cost me another $16 out of pocket. I did not even try on all the polish. It is now April and I mailed back the polish in January. They acknowledged they received all the product and that I would be refunded in a matter of days. They lied about refunding my money. Takes weeks to get a response from them, since you can only email them and they don't take calls. Now they are refusing to refund the money. They told me over and over to be rest assured that I will receive my refund, numerous times. They lied over and over again. They are thieves and frauds. Don't you dare purchase from them unless you enjoy stress and being scammed. "

"I was so excited to find China Glaze, as I live in a small town and there isn't much selection of anything here. I ordered 6 polishes, and every single one has been destroyed with acetone they added in themselves. The quality of China Glaze is incredible, this however is NOT China glaze. Do not shop from these people. "

"Beware: I received my order from Beyond Polish on 5/10/21 and I believe the CND Shellac I received is counterfeit. I have never seen genuine CND Shellac without etched batch codes on the bottom, and yet neither the bottle of Museum Meet Cute nor the bottle of Rooftop Hop that I received have etched batch codes. Instead, both have batch codes printed on stickers that were then placed on the bottom of the bottles. In addition, the batch codes on the product I received (both on the stickers and the boxes) are the same for both colors; My understanding is that genuine CND Shellac does not use the same batch code for two different colors. When I notified Beyond Polish, their response was to just insist that they only sell genuine products and to say that I can return the products according to their return policy (which only offers store credit, not a refund, and makes the customer pay for return shipping). Super disappointed with Beyond Polish and absolutely do not recommend them."

"I never recieved my package. It was actually shipped back to them and they confirmed this in email from costumer service. They have now stopped emailing me back and haven't responded to my requests of being refunded. I will have to call and contest charges with my bank. They may be a fraudulent website. Be careful!!"

"Recieved nail polished I ordered both bottles smahed in a flimsy box what hed the name of the color of the nail polish they put the name stickers of the polish I wanted on the wrong color pretty deceitful. It was clear to me that it would take some time until I'll get it here in Germany.
BUT it's outrageous that 10 bottles Nailpolish are sent in two packages! Because of this I need to pay two times the customs! For one package with four polish (which arrived today) I paid 15,49€ customs (17,32 Dollar)!!! The other is still in the customs office! It's so outrageous to put ONE order in two packages! I'll never buy on this shop again! And if someone will ask me about my polish, I'll be honest and give the advice to not buy it on beyondpolish.com !!!"

"I bought from beyond polish. I was very unsatisfied with the polish I ordered. You can’t speak to any one but, by emails . I spent over 22.00 for the polish and shipping. I had to pay to return it. The company never offered to send me a return label to send it back. I still have my emails where they told me I needed to read the return policy. I would be responsible for sending the polish back. I paid to send it back. Then told I couldn’t get a refund only a store credit!!!! I had to reorder from them so I would not lose my 16.99 for the polish I sent back. Then I had to pay shipping on my new order. So I’m out almost 30.00 and very unsatisfied. I do not recommend buying from this company because if your not happy you can’t talk to any one and you will not get your money back. I wasn’t offered. If so I would have taken my money and been done. Bought in April 2019"

"They sell knockoff crap and try to pass it as the real thing, if you dont like it you can return it (paying for the return of course) and they will give you credit for the item (they wont even refund the money)

"I had placed an order with Beyond Polish, and after I placed the order I looked up reviews and saw that there were concerns about them selling counterfeit products. I contacted the company on facebook (I couldn't figure out a way to get in contact with them on their website) and asked to cancel my order before it shipped out. They responded quickly, and cancelled my order, and I didn't think any more about it. A few weeks later, a package showed up at my door, and it was the order that I had originally placed, along with a card. In the card was a hand-written note from the company stating that they were sorry to hear that I had cancelled my order because of concerns about the authenticity of their products, and they wanted to earn me back as a customer! They sent the products I originally ordered free of charge, AND a $25 gift card to their store. I placed an order using the gift card, and have now had a chance to use nail polishes from both the original order and the order placed with the gift card. I can't claim to be an expert on nail polish authenticity, but as far as I can tell, the products (mostly OPI line in my orders) are authentic and my manicures have lasted over a week. I was very impressed that the company would go so far out of their way to earn me back as a customer and because of that, I will likely be ordering again in the future."
