BTR were contacted within 24 hours, product in original condition with tags, extremely dissatisfied with level if service. In order to protect future customer I will share my experience and esclate, however I'm still hopeful the company will do the right thing!"

Response was - shipment delayed still further until July 27-31, 2020. Requested cancellation of balance of shipment, a refund for $308.08 as well as a time frame for the refund process. Time frame unavailable because Refund Department undergoing System Maintenance, check back in 10 days. Contacted company on July 28, 2020 to follow up on refund. "Bought the Prada bag for 1500$ and found out that the bag is counterfeited. BTR wont admit the bag is fake, had 2 companies certified the bag is counterfeited. BTR wont returned my money. :( Feeling angry, don't know why they still open their business. This kind of website should be shutdown to prevent BTR scam more ppl."

I found out today that the purse is a knock off. I contacted BTR and was told that because the purchase was so long ago, there was nothing they could do about it. BTR purports to sell only authentic merchandise. They obviously do not stand by their claims. I absolutely would NOT TRUST the legitimacy of anything advertised on their website."
"Well, the saying you should learn form your mistakes is so very true!! This is the second time I've ordered from BEYOND THE RACK. The 1st time was about 5 years ago when I purchased some items but never received package. I called and emailed on numerous occasions and all I received was broken promises! Finally, I had enough and I asked for my money back, but was told they are under new management. What does that mean u ask?? It means that they would not refund my money because that incident was with the previous owners which happened to be BEYOND THE RACK! Moving forward, me thinking since they were under new management I gave them another try! Foolish me, I ordered the first week of June and still haven't received my items!! No updates, not emails, NOTHING! So I'm contacting my bank and the BBB. I'm sorry I was so winded but I needed to get my point across to please DON'T ORDER FROM BEYOND THE RACK!! "This company was great some years ago but I felt quality decreased and I stopped buying. But on December 2018, I saw some jewelry that looked VERY nice (18k gold plated - lab created emeralds, topaz and opals - PEERMONT was the brand), and at a very reasonable price. Before I
placed the order, it said “you saved X amount of $. I don’t remember the exact amount but it was over a $1000. I bought different combinations as gifts for my family.
Well... I received some chunky, poorly finished junk that I wouldn’t even wear with a pirate costume on Halloween. Earring, pendant, ring...everything looked like the crappy jewelry sold in Chinatown for 1$. And of course, I didn’t give them to my family, that would have been embarrassing.
COROLLARY:
1.- Items in pictures portray materials and a quality that are not faithful to reality.
2.- Caveat emptor! If you buy from them, make sure it’s a standardized product (perfume, make-up) or brand that you know well.
3.- Congratulations to the photographer: this is a talented professional who managed to make these... decoys of jewelry, look like something nice.
4.- The multiple steps required to post a review on BTW are tougher than to access my bank account. But no, you didn’t succeed to discourage me on posting it."
"I ordered a couple of dresses in February , one had holes tears three difference places on the sleeve. Another looked nothing like it appeared on their site. Another was lable a large, it measured a 22 in the hips. I didn't call customer service, just add it was to lesson learned. "
