"Because you are letting the vendors describe the product you are selling, without checking and looking at it yourself, it's seldom as described. I ordered a carpet, and called your customer service line. I was sent to a Home Depot site to get a better idea of the colour. It was described as tone on tone latte. When I got it, it was dark brown and cream - and nothing like the picture. Because I was then give a coupon for my troubles, which meant waiting at home for two days for them to pick it up, I then ordered a pair of sheets. They were described as yellow, but in the picture they looked to be ivory - big difference. I ordered them, because I liked the paisley print. They were described at 700 thread count, but with the pattern was actually raised. They were heavy, hot and uncomfortable. And guess what? They were ivory - not yellow!"

"Took way to long to send my items.
There was no notice on my door informing me whether or not it had come from the courier. I ended up having to call BTR to see where my order was. It was sitting at the post office.
Neither BTR or the courier informed of that my packaged had been sitting at the post office for days.
Since I did not receive a courier slip the post office gave me a hard time when I went to pick up my package.
Many times I go to purchase an item on BTR and start through the checkout stage until I see how much shipping costs. At that time I back out of my order because the "deal" I think I am getting ends up being way more then I am looking to spend.

Other than that the products we received we were very happy with.
