"The speed in which the products are being delivered is improving. I was shocked at how fast my order was received. I really enjoy your website but there are a few instances which make purchasing difficult. I have noted these comments before but I do not see any improvement. When it comes to footwear, the "least" your descriptions can say is the "heel height!!" Most of us cannot wear a 4 inch heel, nor want to, despite a platform. The trend is moving to footwear that is healthy to wear and doesn't make our feet hurt...from such manufacturer's such as Orthaheel; Dr. Weil; Ecco; Naot; Mephisto, etc. They do not look like your Grandma's shoes anymore and many are building orthotics in them. The next item that makes me hesitate purchasing more expensive items is that you do not refund the return to ones Credit Card. There are high end items like specific winter apparell with fur. I would not spend over $2000 without being able to return an item, or to have it re-credited to my card if an item did not fit. Until your management clarifies that issue, I believe your sales will peak at some point, for most individuals cannot have that type of money tied up in a credit value when one has no idea of what or when they will find something again that it could be used for. I am constantly sharing my knowledge of your website for there are some incredible buys, and we all like to save money when possible. It would be nice to see more cosmetics for there is a high mark-up on those items. When you do have certain brands they disappear fairly quick. Anyways, keep up the good work.
