"They sent an e mail on Aug 11 saying I would receive the order between Aug 15-19. I then get an e mail on Aug 14 that due to unforeseen circumstances, they could not ship my order. On Aug 16 they sent an e mail with a $10.00 coupon as an apology. What should have been done was to send me a comparable luggage set with my approval instead of a lousy $10.00 coupon! Such terrible customer service!"
