"I have ordered 5-6 times from this company and twice, I have been unhappy. Once I bought boots, size 9 but the boots that came were about size 6 or 7, although marked 9. I have seen this problem before in stores, it happens from time to time. I received a refund, however BTR didn't refund the shipping. The item was faulty and in my opinion their responsibility not mine. Not a good business practice.

I recently ordered 8 bath towels for my daughter who is moving away. They were promoted as 'luxury' I believe. What I got were seconds or the worst firsts I've ever seen!!! They looked a mess, the threading was uneven looking and they were even pulled in places. I was embarrassed to give them to my daughter but she took them because she really needed towels and was moving. We hoped they would look better after being washed once. She called me today and told me they were washed and still looked terrible. Shame on you BTR, you should be much more careful about who you partner with. These towels are simply disgraceful and they weren't cheap. I probably will not shop BTR again and I will definitely stop recommending them to other people.
