"Overall I enjoy shopping on this website, however there has been two purchases that I have made and they were cancelled months later. I don't understand why the order went thru in the 1st place or why I received several emails telling me the order was delayed. Not sure why from the start this is not cancelled, The last order that was cancelled was a pair of shoes I really wanted and found them in a store. I restraint buying them because i was waiting for them thru you. Now not only did I miss these shoes from you but i also lost the ability to purchase them from the store. not the best experience not customer service. I have made at least 20 purchases from this site and I feel I should be compensated when these occurrences happen considering this is the second time. "

"The orders take to long to be delivered and once it reaches canada post it takes another 7 days to clear before your package is delivered to your home. The other thing I did not like is that in my curvy closet you have the plus size women in clothing, and when you purchase the items they are too small cause the sizes come from china a 1x or 2x is like a medium or large.I purchased these items for my Mom and she was not pleased, If I have a function to go to and i see something I like its only available to order for a couple of days online then it takes awhile to get the order, I live in Toronto and the items are coming from Montreal why does it take so long? and another thing is I cant get back my money it goe on credit with BTR what if I dont want to purchase anything more from this website because of my experience with the clothing."
