Overall I am frustrated that BTR charges so much for shipping. Most websites that sell clothes have free shipping, even those outside Canada. I know I will get credited for the item but not the shipping, which will probably dissuade me from ordering more clothes. Often it is very hard to tell how it will fit from the photo and I am not confident enough that it's going to satisfy me. "
