"In terms of delivery, I'd give BTR a 2.5/5. The product always arrives, and the updates are convenient, but the time between placing the order and receiving the goods can take weeks. I know there is a disclaimer about the process from order to delivery, but in the past items arrived much faster than they do now. The variety of products has increased but not necessarily the quality. Finally, when I informed BTR about their promotion of products that are racist and promote negative stereotypes, I was essentially told that 'times have changed' and 'Oprah collects them too' - not exactly the response I was seeking. While one of the products was removed, the message I received (as well as those I connect with on social media) was outrage, disbelief and refusal to deal with the company. Had I been asked this question before this incident, I would have scored BTR higher. But a company's ethics is as important to me as its products."

"Ordering was quick and easy and the merchandise arrived on time. Ordinarily I would not order shoes online because sizing seems to be an imprecise art. I took a chance and the shoes are comfortable. An added benefit is the compliments I've gotten for looking stylish. Lest I forget, the price couldn't have been better."

My original order was placed 1-2 weeks prior to the date they are showing and was received surprisingly quick-- only for me to find it out that it was the wrong the size which they had been shipped. I called customer service to learn that the only reason they would send the wrong size is because they did not have the correct one and if I am not satisfied, I could return it and be credited. (First of all - if the correct size was not available - why was I not informed - what non-existent policy entitles them to send out whatever size they wish without contacting the consumer?) I did not want my money back or to have to deal with returns - I simply wanted what I ordered! The following day - the very same item appeared on the website, in the size (and ONLY the size) that I wanted from the get-go; except nooow, it was at a clearance price. So I called up customer service yet again, to discuss the issue with the sizing and the sudden price drop. Needless to say - 2 more phone calls took place before everything was finally sorted out to my likings (and yes, the size I initially ordered and the one they were currently advertising for sale was in fact available - so beware dealing with customer service and the stories the agent may or may not try to sell you.) That being said it has been exactly 1 month since this took place and I still do not have the item in my possession (though it has been paid for and the incorrect one returned to the warehouse). As a matter of fact, I just received an email about some delay in shipping and change in date. By the time I receive this item - it may as well be winter and put away until next summer. And no, that was NOT plan. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare and you are better off shopping elsewhere! "
