"For two separate orders now I have felt like I got the run-around. Order took longer than stated to fill, shipping info was not sent on time. I actually didnt get a tracking number for a product until after I had already received it.
The most recent order was made last month, the product I ordered was NOT the product that was featured in the confirmation email and the picture on "My account" section. Then there was 4 attempts to communicate my error to BTR and only on the 5th attempt was my mistake understood. It has not been 3 weeks of "your order is being shipped this week" only to find out on Friday that now they cannot confirm the order with their vendor so I am not having to be refunded.
