"I am not happy with this last two shopping experiences. Both orders were returned without my having the notice that they had arrived. Usually I have no problem with shopping from home while I regularly receive packages via USPS, FEDEX, or UPS. This time I did not know which method of shipment was being used and when I should expect my package. As a result I currently have a credit balance with BTR for items I did want at an earlier time. I have not had this problem before with BTR and hopefully when I shop with them again this will not be an issue."
