"I love Beyond the Rack. There are quite a few discount shopping sites now. The main and probably only complaint would be that they haven't figured out a less expensive form of shipping and handling at all times or just a flat rate. I ordered a pair of shoes, that unfortunately didn't fit, and by the time I paid to have them sent to me and back, I almost paid for them anyway. I hope they can figure something out about still having to pay full price for shipping and handling and returns. I realize after 1 item order it's free, but, that doesn't really solve the issue if the item doesn't work. Thank you."
