I ordered many items over the last few months. Most of them fit great, you get exactly what you see. The only drawback is that you see items from so many manufacturers, there is going to be some variations in sizing. The few items that I have received that did not fit perfectly were returned hassle-free, one for a credit, and one for a refund to my credit card. Fantastic!
I even phoned once for a minor website problem, and they were very helpful to sort it out. I will keep shopping here! I just wish that it did not take 2-3 weeks to ship :("
