"I'm in the middle of a huge basement redo and had been shopping for TVs, speakers and receivers for some time when I came across Beyond Plasma. I was drawn to them because their prices seemed significantly lower than everyone else's (about 20% on average) and that made me very suspicious (and the other vendors I spoke to said nobody could provide the prices I was being offered and still provide any level of quality delivery and service). So I spent over a month picking apart the proposal and asking every question I could think of. My sales person (Chris) was extremely patient with me and eventually, I pulled the trigger (8 TVs, 21 speakers, 3 amps, and a myriad of other smaller pieces).

Well everything except 1 speaker (backordered at the manufacturer) arrived within 10 days and the order was perfect save one missing power cord (which Beyond Plasma immediately took care of). Since then, I've had to ask them half-a-dozen questions and have received immediate replies.

Needless to say, I'm very pleased with this vendor...and for me, that's a rarity. I highly suggest them to anyone that asks (in fact, this posting is my way of showing them appreciation for a job very-well-done).
