"I purchased a comforter set through Walmart.com. Beyond Stores sent an incomplete set (only the comforter) and when I contacted them they never responded. Then I contacted Walmart and they contacted Beyond Stores as well. BS didn’t respond to Walmart either. So in order to get my complete order, I had to reorder the set to get the missing items. Now the delivery has been delayed for three days. Walmart reached out for insight and BS responded that it is scheduled to deliver today (even though it’s been out for delivery for three days now). Nice to finally hear from you, BS! Hopefully I get a complete order this time if the order ever comes. "

"Believe the horrible reviews and don't order from them. I received a bad item and wanted to return it but you can never get in touch with anyone from customer service. Then when they finally do contact you with a nameless e-mail, they want you to take photos or a video of the bad part before THEY decide IF you can return it. AND, their fine-print return policy states you must pay the return packaging charge if you ever are successful enough to be able to get someone to respond to you on how to return something to them (and don't discard the original packaging so you can package it back up exactly as received or they won't take it back at all). This company is a total rip off. Save yourself a huge headache and do not order from them."
