"I bought a case for HTC M8. I received it vey quickly two days after I ordered. It turned out to be wrong colour. When I contacted BeyzaCases customer support, they apologised and immediately shipped another one. Again I received the correct coloured product within 48 hours. Their products are great and customer service is fast and very helpful indeed!"

"As a customer of beyzacases for over 5 years I am disappointed to report that their quality and service has significantly declined. Having recently ordered a iPhone 6 plus case at premium price to find a split in the case was not what I expected. Even more surprising was that having reported this to beyzaCases customer services they informed me that as the case is hand made I should expect such issues. Well sorry no I don't expect such poor quality at any price, so I will not be ordering again."
"BeyzaCases is likely to be the best example of true customer service I have come across to date. I have ordered twice from them in the past, and twice they have impressed me with their speed of delivery and quality of their products. In addition, depending on the time of day in Turkey, their man Eren Y. will reply to your emails almost immediately and is quite courteous and supportive with anything you might ask, suggest or need help with. Although their mobile phone cases are moderately priced in my opinion, I feel their iPad and MacBook sleeves and bags are too pricey. Rest assured though, the quality of their products are top notch beyond doubt, not to mention they're available in a wide variety of styles, colours and types of leather. I was particularly impressed with the overall design and quality of the second mobile phone pouch I ordered from them, which easily rivals my genuine Gucci mobile phone pouches that cost significantly more. Other advantages to purchasing from BeyzaCases are that they have a flat rate of EUR 4.99 (USD 7.00) for international courier delivery (and believe me it’s quick), and that they often have 15-30% reductions in the price of their products throughout the year. In fact, upon receiving my first delivery from them, I was given a numeric code that would entitle me to a 20% reduction at any time (valid for one year). One area in which BeyzaCases could improve though is with the size of their selection. They currently cater only to iPhones, iPods, iPads, MacBooks, BlackBerries and a few old model HTCs. Despite this, I was told that they would be including products to fit a wider selection of devices in the near future, including those of Samsung. I would most definitely purchase from BeyzaCases again."
