"Avoid using this company if at all possible. As with the other individuals who left one star ratings, I experienced the identical problems they did.
The bible I ordered on behalf of our church was as a gift for our new pastor at his ordination ceremony, scheduled 23 days from the date I placed the order. Upon placing the order I received the following pleasant confirmation email;
Hi, I'm John from BibleCo.com and I'm just e-mailing you to let you know that we've received your order. I'm so happy and grateful that you've chosen us today and I want you to know that a portion of every sale goes towards Missionary and other Christian Charities. And if you have a question or concern about anything PLEASE send me or one of my colleagues an email at ****@****!

This confirmation message gave me what turned out to be very much a false sense of security, in that I was dealing with a reputable company with good customer service policies. This is obviously an automated self generating order confirmation email as I found out much to the contrary as far as their customer service quality.
Over the course of the next two weeks I left three emails and two telephone messages, all requesting that someone from this company contact me either by email or by phone with tracking information on my order so that I could establish a delivery date. I received no response to any emails, they never answered their telephone, and never responded to the telephone messages.
Out of frustration I filed a PayPal dispute on the order in an effort to get a refund and cancel the order. Miraculously, the day after I filed the PayPal claim I was finally sent an email from the company with a UPS tracking number.
The bible I received appears to be a decent product and the script personalization inscription I requested on the cover was nicely done, but this company's customer service is one of the worst I've ever dealt with. Save yourself a headache and exhaust all your efforts with other reliable bible companies that are available before resorting to using this one. "
"WARNING: Do NOT place an order with this company. After much difficulty I did finally receive my order but WOW their customer service is by far the WORST I have ever dealt with. Seriously I have had better customer service from companies over seas.
They don not answer phones nor return voice messages. You might be lucky enough to get a response via email after you email them about every dozen times or so. To top it off I selected and paid for UPS Ground shipping and they ended up shipping it via UPS Sure Post which goes through the local post office.
Save time and fustration. Order from a different merchant!!! I would give them zero stars but they make you choose at least one."
"I feel I must help anyone who may have ordered a product from BibleCo.com and encountered the same problems I did (took almost 2 months to resolve): payment taken, no tracking numbers given, no shipment sent, no shipment received, no answering phones, no returning phone calls, no returning email inquiries.
After much frustration and digging around on the internet, I discovered there is a warehouse used as a distribution point for products for several different companies, BibleCo.com being one of them. Misikko.com, a beauty supply internet business, has the same warehouse address of 3920 N. Providence Rd #A, Newtown Square, PA 19073 as BibleCo.com. This led me to call Misikko, hoping someone would answer the phone. The girl who took my call was very nice, and confirmed that BibleCo.com is in the same building. I was transferred to another lady who found that my order from BibleCo.com never shipped from their warehouse, though a label had been printed. She also stated that BibleCo.com does not have adequate people to handle the phones, but was surprised no one attempted to call or email me or BBB regarding this situation. She apologized profusely, but understood why I was very upset that no one responded to my persistent calls, emails and voicemail messages beginning mid-Sept. Since the product I bought was well-overdue for homeschooling, I canceled the order altogether and asked for a full refund, which she manually entered into their system and I received 3 days later.
It is my hope they change their customer service and communication practices."
"Purchased a Bible on Monday before noon, paid for faster shipping (3-5 days), received an email thanking me for the purchase and to call them anytime if I had any questions. Two days later, have not received any info on tracking, or if it was shipped, or if it was on backorder or anything. Called them at 10:16 EST, all options (1, 2, 3, and 4) all went to voicemail, no live person to speak with. Left them a voicemail with my phone number. Called an hour later and left another voicemail, called an hour later again and called and left a voicemail, still no callback. Sent an email, still no reply. Cancelled my order."
