I figured I would check and see if these parts were available anywhere and not only did BicycleBuys have the part, they were a 1/3rd of the price of everyone else. I thought since the part was so much cheaper than everyone else it was probably some knock off junk, but i would see. It arrived in the mail very quickly and was a factory part from Giro. I said cancel the order I need 2 tires he said he would credit the PayPal and they did immediately.
Bottom Line: good company, good prices, don't use the website just call them to verify in-stock.

I did receive the product I ordered, but it was 100% obvious that this was an open-box product—someone had already opened the box and removed the pedals from their wrapping. The pedals were mailed in an envelope, and the box looked like it had been put in a washing machine—it was thrashed. The pedals were loose in the box, so they were smashing/scraping into each other, and this arrived with anodized color gauges/scratched off. "This company allows buyers to believe that their bmx bikes are in stock when they are in fact Not in stock. The website clearly showed the bike my son wanted was in stock and allowed me to purchase the bike at the cost of almost 400.00. When I did not receive a shipping notification I called to check on it. That is when I was informed that the bike was actually out of stock until June (currently April 20th.) However, on their website as of today the bike shows out of stock but says that it will be back in stock THIS Week. That is so misleading. When I confronted the manager about this, he blamed covid-19 for his inability to manage his inventory properly. Because of this, my son's birthday is now ruined. And to top it off, when I respectfully expressed my frustrations, the manager HUNG UP THE PHONE on me! I highly advise anyone who is considering buying anything from this company to save your money and shop at a reputable shop with customer service reps who can show some dang respect! "I ordered bike tubes. They leaked. Talked to customer service and they said they would test the new replacement tubes and send out 2 new ones. New tubes arrived with exactly the same problem as the others they leak. No one checked the replacements or they would have seen the problem. They have cheap prices to go along with their bad service promises. Stay away.
