Staff seems to be limited, usually, but that's part and parcel of lower pricing.
The stores are basically clean, although sometimes cluttered.
The stock does change though, so be aware that the deal you got last week may not be there this week.
Be certain to have your receipt if you want to return anything. Company policy.

"Horrible customer service. I paid over a hundred on shipping and 5days later no shipping information. Communications with their staff left me feeling disrespected. Their responses and excuses for not notifying us of updates or out of the norm shipping issues left us surprised. The attitude in their voices as well as their email responses prove they do not deserve anyone's business. Avoid my hassle and order furniture from a reputable origin filled with staff comprised of people, not pompous and pretentious jerk.
