I got a call from BigSupply.com a couple days ago telling me that they suspected that someone used all my info to order stuff on their site. They caught everything before it went through and actually called me to let me know. My phone number isn't listed and whoever used my info used a bogus number so they called my credit card company, the credit card company called me with their contact info, I called them back and viola, they got me on the phone and helped me. Nobody ever goes through that much work just to help someone that didn't spend anything. I didn't even buy anything yet but I'm a customer for life. "

"Nothing usually surprises me but I placed an order on the 3rd and chose the free shipping option and got my order in 3 days. Usually sites that offer free shipping make you wait 10 to 14 days and deliver things by snail. Not here, they were fast!

I actually looked at the box that was delivered and was like "what's this, I didn't order anything that should be arriving now" and when I opened it I was like "Really? Already? Wow!"

Customer service was very helpful too! I emailed them before I ordered and I got replies a few times within minutes and one other time in under an hour at 10:30 PM. A response at night is unheard of! I think that's what inspired me to write the review!

I like that they paid attention to me and valued my questions enough to respond! Oh, originally my order was like $5 and they still answered my questions! I ended up spending $75 on other stuff that I wanted and to get free shipping! Might as well since I needed the stuff anyway!
