"What a great change of pace! The parts that I ordered was pulled and packaged the same day I ordered and Shipped the next day (because I ordered late in the day). I used the regular USPS service and Big Supply Shop kept me in the loop of when and where the package was. With in the time I ordered to received package was only 4 days (over the weekend). Unfortunately for me the cables that I ordered was correct but Minkota failed to tell me I had to purchase and additional part ($800 I Link) for package to work

"I wont be doing any business with this company ever again. Their customer service agent, "Cory", was extremely rude to me when I tried to ask simple questions about my order. I had my mother call the company and try to figure things out because I couldnt understand why my order wasnt placed, yet the money for the item was taken out of my account when I attempted to order it, and they said my CVV number was incorrect. When im looking directly at my CVV number and typing it exactly as it appears, I know somethings up here. After he gave my mother the exact same scripted answers he gave me, I emailed again and simply asked for a refund and a cancellation of the order. "cory" responded by saying "I already talked to your mommy". Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Im trying to pay you money, and you talk to me like Im 5? Im surprised this SH$@ tier company is even in business.
Also, every time I attempt to go back to their website, I get a 403 error. Meaning they simply blocked my IP. That's some scummy stuff right there.

"I ordered a rod and reel from this online retailer. I paid for 2 day shipping. I called the following day to ask about any tracking info or shipping updates they may have since I found it odd not to have that info after 24 hours on 2 day shipping. I was informed at that time that the carrier had driven over my package. I don't take an issue with that, but I do take issue when they failed to communicate that to me and I have to call to find this out. I wanted it by the weekend for my fishing trip and they didn't even offer to overnight it unless I paid for it. To top it off it took them over a week to get me my products! They did refund $20 but that was only a percentage of the original shipping cost and that I paid for the 2 day shipping and it still took a week! Not a good way to build customers.
The response below as well as others that have had shipping issues and poorly reviewed your company only solidifies my previous points. The "re-shipment" never got shipped on time either. It is a lack of care on your business part. Other companies I dealt with have over-nighted the items. I run a business and go out of my way to build return customers. On your point of lost money on this transaction, refunding $20 and using a cheaper shipping method than the original method when the order was a $182 order doesn't come close to loosing your company money. Keep making excuses though, it will get you somewhere......"
