"BAD RETURN EXPERIENCE AND NO COMMUNICATION: I, like most reviewers, was very pleased with the purchase process and shipping. It was fast. However, that all changed when I realized that the item that I had ordered was the incorrect part for my firearm. The return process ruined the experience for me. First of all, it took almost a month to get my refund, and that was after I had to contact BigSupplyShop with the tracking number and other information about the package. I called 5 times and never spoke to a real person. Always got the answering machine even though it was always during normal business hours. I left a message and never got a call back. I had to contact them via the online messaging system on the website several times and the back and fourth communication took days for an issue that could have been resolved in 5 mins over the phone. Thankfully I had requested that the package be tracked and insured, and I had taken several pictures of the item and the package before sending it out, because I get the feeling that I would not have been refunded without having so much evidence. Also, I purchased an item that cost around $200, the return process cost me over $30. I had to eat shipping both ways, and the handling fee. I understand shipping, but the high cost of shipping, and the extra fees that they tack on made the savings worthless. My recommendation: if you feel the need to purchase an item from this supplier, make absolute sure you get the right item the first time and be prepared for a slow and expensive return process."
