"Well, I extensively researched tents suitable for backpacking and when I finally decided on the tent I wanted, the place I usually get my gear from was sold out. I used Google shopper to see if it was available anywhere else and that led me to BigSupplyShop.com. The site was easy to use and I really liked the UPS tracker that was included in the shipping email sent to me. It arrived when they said it would and the product was exactly what I wanted. The price was fair, albeit $18 more than the special sale price I would have got from my usual source, but that's my bad for waiting too long to make my purchase. I would recommend BigSupplyShop.com to anyone. Just watch the shipping charges. I selected ground UPS during my order (which was several $ less) and upon checkout it automatically changed it to 2 day priority USPS for more money. I was able to change the method of shipping at checkout, but this seemed to be redundant. Maybe they shouldn't ask for the shipping method until checkout, so you don't have to do this twice, to make sure you get the lowest shipping price. Overall, it was a good experience."
