Big Supply will not talk to you on the phone, their customer support is nonexistant, however by email I was provided a return address, but I had to pay shipping to return, and did include a letter as instructed, however customer NOservice did not read the letter and exchange the hat for a smaller size, charge me and send another one....no they have to drag everything out the long and hard way

so I complained by email and customer NOservice tells me they don't want my business anyway - shop somewhere else because they don't like my "tone" in my complaint email

I wanted a hat, not a refund.....

but you did a good job of wasting three weeks of my time.....

"Ordered a Crimson Trace Laser LG-436 for my Glock 23 on 10JAN11 for $175. Order arrived 13JAN11. Couple issues:

1. Wish the store provided the option to ship USPS 1st class. I paid $20 on a single small item - did not need it within 48 hours, way to expensive (we lose our savings by paying for your shipping).

2. The item was not calibrated per the manufacturers specifications. Don't know if it was a faulty product or a fluke. The aim point was way to the right and down.

I will order one more time - and will pay the UPS shipping charges...but am disappointed in these issues."

"I regret to say that that item took way too long to be shipped. I understand the weather factor as I do not live that far from the shipping point. I ordered from this vender for two reasons, one the shipping time should have been one to two days and second the price. I have to say I was disappointed. As for the item I purchased a LG-436 from Crimson Trace also was also a disappointment. I have been an owner and user of Crimson Trace Laser Grips since they first made one for the Glock models 19 & 17 and this is the first sight of the trigger guard style but it is also the first one so far out of alignment. This sight when properly installed (checked by a gunsmith I was so shocked) was four inches of to the right at fifteen feet and three inches low so you can do the math of what that would be for the manufactures’ claim of what the sight is zeroed at. I dislike being critical but this was not a good experience on shipping or product. "

When they got hit by a major snowstorm a couple of days later they emailed to let me know the shipment would take a day longer to go out. They shipped it out quickly and communicated well all along the way.

"Ordered a Hogue hardwood grip for my S&W 629. The product description said that the grip was for the S&W 629. When I received the grip, it did not fit my round butt revolver. The grip was only for a square butt. This crucial bit of information was mentioned NOWHERE in the product description.

However, Big Supply gave me a full refund (including shipping)once the return was processed. Also, the other item that was part of this order was great. Big Supply's return protocol is a bit odd (I've never had a seller ask me to return merchandise to a company with a different name located in a different state unless it was a situation where I had to return the item to the manufacturer). So, don't be suprised when you're asked to return an item to Green Supply.

I was a bit irritated by the difficulties involved in this transaction with Big Supply. It took a prolonged period of time and several emails to get my refund. In fact, I only got serious attention after I posted my original review, which was very negative. Even though they have the lowest prices I've seen and a good selection of products, their customer service skills need serious improvement."
