"Horrible experience. Purchased two Canon 5d Mark iii's. They said delivery will be between September 5th-10th. As of September 5th, never received a tracking number. Emailed them, they said they would have it shipped out. Called two days later as still hadn't received tracking number, and they said item was shipped out September 6th already. Called September 10th, was told item had a hold on it. They told me because I purchased "two" cameras, I am considered a reseller. I am a realtor, who has never sold an item on ebay for years. They told me it was against their terms and condition. I said I would read those and call back.
I read them, and no where did it say that in their terms and conditions. I called them back , and they told me they had already cancelled my order.
All in all, I purchased two cameras, they told me they were shipped, and they lied to me all about that. Now I am stuck as I was hoping to have those cameras for a trip I was going to take.

"I ordered an expensive Canon DSLR and two lenses from Big Value Inc's eBay store and received an email the same day saying the order has shipped. However, whenever I went to check the tracking number with FedEx, there was no information available. I called multiple times the following Monday (August 20), and Tuesday morning it was confirmed that the item was lost. FedEx claimed never to have received the item. I was informed that before I could be sent a replacement, I had to wait for the company to file a claim with FedEx and wait for the claim to go through, which is supposed to take up to 8 business days. I told them multiple times that the item was extremely urgent and I needed it that week, but they refused to send me a replacement any sooner. I then learned from FedEx that the claim had not been filed until the following Monday (August 27) and it would take 5-8 business days from THEN to have a new one sent. This Tuesday, I called Big Value Inc again to check the status, and was told they were expecting to receive the claim back by this Friday, (more than 3 weeks since the initial order) though this was still not certain. I still do not have the camera, and Big Value Inc has the money I spent on it. Because of the massive delay in receiving the camera, my freelance work has suffered and I have lost money. Overall this has been a massive ordeal and I will not buy from Big Value Inc again."
