"The worst company to order from. I order a camera for my wife for Xmas and they send me the same model camera but in a different color. Then I called and ask to have the correct one sent but they don't have none in stock but it gets even better they increased the price of the camera by $100 more and they don't even have it stocked now how can a company do that to a person in a down economy. They are money hungry they suck never again will I buy from them and I did get my money back and purchased the camera from another company which shipped it next day and got extra stuff with the camera for less of a price."

When I called to complain, I asked customer service manager Regina what happened to the card. She responded "I wish I knew." HHmmm. Had them refund my money and ordered camera from a distributor known for reliability and not these kind of shenanigans."
