"They made a customer very happy ( myself) . It was like a little "Christmas Miracle". I was looking for a lady sandal outdoor . I went to the Milpitas store and they helped me to find just one left at the Hollister store. They gave me the contact number and the address. When I called the Holister store, they nicely checked for the item and found it. I asked them to put on hold the item for me because i planed to go to buy in the next days, I live in San Jose. The store manager Susan, was so nice and she helped me with my request. In the next three days I wen to the Hollister store after work. It was almost an hour driving. Susan was there and she personally went to look for the sandals i put on hold. Meanwhile another emplyee brought me another pair of the last sandals for men and I was happy that it was exactly what I was looking for. I ended buying both pairs. I found the special gift for my lady with the awesome help of these wonderful people. They were always with a nice smile, with helpful suggestions, eager to help. I think this kind of customer service they delivered was outstanding. The Milpitas Team and the Hollister Team were really great! My thanks to them and the best wishes for them and of course to Big Five Family as well :-)"
"Today I stopped by Big 5 in Springfield,OR (Store#201) to buy slippers. When I asked the clerk for directions to items at different styles times, (Brenda and later Brandon), each stepped away from the station and walked me to the two items that I easy looking for. Very helpful and great to have people, working who demonstrate interest in their jobs. Thank you!"
"Very Disappointed!
Store Manager and some staff members were present however their social time was more important than the customers. We had to request help instead of them asking us it appeared that we were interrupting. Paying was a worse , I asked the manager if they had another cashier, he and another staff member said no the line was long, they were on social time and not at work...hmm I will not shop here again "

As I was shopping I could hear a manager talking about personal business and I was actually shocked , she was pretty loud I herd the whole conversation . But other then that I will be back also one of the employees was very helpful I was trying to find a bag for my husband and he took the time to show me different bags his name was Dominic , he was very helpful, also the cashier was very nice.
