"I found a refurbished Archos Generation 5 DVR Station on Pricegrabber.com and this was the store that was selling it. I made the purchase on 5/5/08, and made the Paypal payment. I received the notification and had a question about the shipping charges.. Pricegrabber showed the shipping to be $8.23, while I was checking out with Paypal, it showed the shipping to be $6 and I was charged around $8.03 or so... since it was still under the original estimate, I wasn't worried about it, but I still emailed them to let them know that Paypal gave me a different amount so that they could possibly update it. The representative contacted me promptly the next day and told me that the extra two dollars was for insurance, which was required.

Again, it was under the original estimate of $8.23 anyway, so it wasn't a bother. The staff were friendly and I was notified via email that my item shipped on 5/6/08 and was given a tracking number. It arrived two days later in excellent condition and works as good as new, even though it was a refurb. Very happy with this purchase and glad to give Big City Direct full marks for promptness and good customer service."
