"This is a Rip-Off company that charges fraudulent/unauthorized monthly charges. This happens after being offered a trial sample for $2.00, and then continues even when directly challenged (you can cancel in their system what you never agreed to in the first place and this does nothing).
The support staff systematically stall, lie (such as "sure, we'll credit your account", and never do, and keep on charging), and mislead (time waste).
The only way to stop this is to challenge the credit card payments on your statement via your bank, and even then every so often a new charge appears, sometimes months later. This is a SCAM.
I got caught when I downloaded version of WinZip which required a nominal amount ($2) for a limited trial and no obligations with one of many organizations to select to be able to download what I really wanted - WinZip. Instead we got an ongoing saga of fraud, dishonesty and deceit.
