"This company does bad business and does not appreciate their customers. I purchased one of their products on Google Shopping which indicated Free Shipping (which was the main reason I chose them over the other competitors). When I completed the checkout I was not able to select free shipping. I completed the purchase (with shipping charges) and emailed the company to advise the free shipping was not applied. I'm talking about $10. After 2 follow-ups they finally replied with this, "After reviewing your order and the processing time, we have come to determine that the "Free Shipping" sale as seen on google ended before you purchased. When you ordered, it still reflected a "Free Shipping" banner, only because google had not updated or refreshed the system yet." Does this sound like my problem or their problem with Google Shopping? Aparantly I'm not worth $10 to them and they do not need my return business. I responded to their email and gave them time to respond and do the right thing. They did not reply so I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I'm blasting this message as many places as I can (twitter, facebook, etc.)"
