"I ordered clothes in July 2019 totalling $196. I am still waiting for my order. I have emailed, had them open a supposed ticket, and even calle them, no response whateever except an email telling me they had opened the ticket and tht they would contaact me, it is march of 2019 and I have yet to be contacted and no one answers the phone. EVER!
This company will never see another dime from me.

"I am trying to retun 2 pairs of $70/each, Cutter and Buck shorts and 1 Nautica hoodie sweatshirt. I have ried calling them at least a dozen times, never getting a person, and being put to voice mail. I have sent the e-mail request for return merchandize authorizaton twice without getting a response of any sort. I even left a verbal message delineating every aspect of my order and what I wantd to return. No response at all from these idiots. I'm hoping that I"m not going to have to eat it. And,...If they don't receive orders back after 30 days, and I continue not to get through I'm also stuck. Needless to say, I won't ever spend another nichel with them."
"To return something you have to request a 'return authorization" through email. I did twice and didn't receive an email. I called and had to leave a message on voice mail. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! "
"Ordered 2 shirts back in November for a beach wedding in February - husband didn't try them on until a few weeks ago - didn't like either one of them so I emailed customer service to see how to return them - they emailed back to say that there are no returns after 30 days and that it plainly states this on the bottom of each page on the website - I was sure this was wrong as I always check these things out so that I can return items in time to avoid this problem. I copied and pasted their return policy and sent it to them, telling them that it DOES not say anywhere anything about 30 days - they proceeded to email me back with their return policy that is supposedly on the website - it does say 30 days - but I don't know where they got this info from as it is not on the website anywhere that I can find. I am very frustrated and have wasted about $130.00 for the 2 shirts that are worthless to me. Nothing wrong with the shirts, we just don't want them. I would never order anything from there again.
3-2-12 In all fairness to Big Mans Land, several weeks later I was refunded the entire amount I had spent as they found out that it was a computer error on their part - their computer used Firefox and ours used Internet Explorer - for some reason their complete return policy did not show up on IE so I was correct in saying that it didn't show that returns had to be made in 30 days. They actually thanked us for pointing that out and they were going to fix their computers so that their return policy would be clearly stated for all consumers. So I would have to change my review."
"ordered 4 graphic t-shirts in XL Tall. When I got them, they were all way too small. Way smaller than XL shirts that I have bought from other companies. Shirts were more expensive than many other companies, mine were $22 each. Add to that the excessive shipping for 4 t-shirts, $13.95, and these 4 shirts cost me $92 (after a $10 off coupon code). They are completely unwearable since they are so small.
Then I find out that they accept no returns for any reason on graphic t-shirts.
$92 down the toilet.
Also, no response to my email to customer service last week."
