"I ordered a small book from Big Rock Media. Because of the way the system was set up the transaction I was charged twice and placed 2 orders. I tried contacting Big Rock Media 4 times and received no response. I'm very dissatisfied with their performances."

It had not shipped at all. They refuse to respond to emails, they ignore their own customer support web page, accept no phone calls. Absolute worst customer service ever. Had to initiate a Charge back from my credit card company to get a refund. Don't get burnt by these sucm bags; stay well clear of them!"

Repeated attempts to contact the company have left the issue unresolved, and I still have no product and no refund (not to mention a very disappointed daughter who never received her Christmas present). "They sent my DVD as Spanish version when I ordered regular english version. They make their money on Shipping so they keep that when you return your DVD. They operate out of PO box in Montana and it is difficult to contact them. There are several complaints with the BBC on them. They operate under several different names. "
