I've reached out to Big Skinny via their facebook page and the representative there was incredibly helpful in getting this resolved to high satisfaction (expedited shipping plus included extra wallet). One of the pluses of social media I guess. The problem seemed to be that one item in the order was out of stock and the rest of the order is stuck indefinitely. I'm reversing my review due to the very pleasant nature of the rep, thanks Veronica.

This place obviously has problems. I ordered a couple items shown as in-stock just before christmas, and they still haven't shipped two months later, with excuse after excuse. All 3 things are shown as out-of-stock on the order status site.

The kicker is that those items are still listed as in-stock from the ordering website. What a joke."
