"I ordered a book and paid for the expedited shipping cost, which was supposed to be 1 to 5 business delivery. After 6 business days, I started a chat with the Customer Support agent, which took me 1 hour to rich the agent out. They said that there was a delay from a distributor, and the book was not even shipped at that time. When I asked who was responsible for the money I paid for expedited shipping I get this response from the agent:
"Again, I do apologize but this is the process. I have explained it to you numerous times and there is nothing further that I can do. A request to cancel has been sent, you have been advised that there are no guarantee and if it is not cancelled in time, you will need to return the item for a refund. Is there anything else I can assist with?"
My advice, Do not rely on this bookstore."
"okay my fault at first cause I didn't return my book when it was due but here we are just a few days later and I get a charge of $177 to my account WHAAAAAT this dusty book is literally only worth $120 to BUY used (I have a used book that I rented.) so why should I pay $177 ON TOP OF the $112 that I paid to rent to book originally. To be clear, they are charging me $290 for a used book that is only worth $120 on the site. like just charge me the difference??? "I ordered my package and it said it would be shipped within 24 hours. It took more time for it to arrive. I ordered it on the 5th, I did not receive it until 6/11/2022. It was suppose to arrive on Wednesday. I guess it could be worse. I did get my book. Just wish I had gotten it sooner, missed an assignment because of the late arrival."
