"Hi to all, I ask that you take a few minutes to read what I have experienced with Big Sale Soft. I was searching around for the cheapest priced Windows 8 software, when I came across Big Sale Soft (also known as Buy Perfect), I signed up to grab a copy for 65$ (USD) Windows 8 Professional x64, The price seemed to good to be true, but I signed up anyway, I emailed them asking if it was an ISO download or do they send me out a disk, although I got a reply it didn't seem professional, "yes sir" read the email, no bottom tags to indicate the sales representative responding me my question like other business's do.

I continued with the order, the 65 USD (72$ AUD currency at time of this happening), The money sat in the bank in 'uncollected funds', which means that I can't touch it, it's pending for them to take it, I received an email saying my order was refunded, and to re order it again, I went to their website to find that it was offline, I tried from 3 difference internet connections but all read it wasn't on, I tried emailing them, but EVERY email I sent to their support/sales address would come back as failed to reach destination.

Their website remained off for a few days, only coming online for a few hours, in that time I was able to get their phone number off the top of the page, since I'm calling from Australia I used the dial codes: 0011 1 ***-***-****, the call rang 3 times before hitting an answering machine, I left a message with my contact details and received nothing, I tried at all hours of the day and night to their "24x7" customer service, but still nothing.

Luckily "Uncollected Funds" at my bank is automatically refunded after 7 days if they don't take it, so I got my money back, but for anyone out there looking to get cheap software off Buy Perfect Online Shoping Store, Lowest Digital, and their other name Big Sale Soft, don't do it.
